Hello there,

One of the best ways to reduce poaching of turtle eggs is by educating people about how important sea turtles are and engaging local kids.  Costa Rica's Osa Peninsula is an important area for nesting sea turtles but people continue to eat and sell turtle eggs.

SEE Turtles and Wildland Adventures is supporting the Osa Sea Turtle Festival and we need your help. The festival, which is run by Friends of the Osa (a local conservation organization) will be held on Carate Beach, one of the most important turtle nesting beaches in the region and will include games, activities, presentations, and contests for kids and adults.

Our goal is to raise $2,000 to support this important event. We will match your donations up to a total of $1,000. All donations are tax deductible and 100% of the donations will go directly to Friends of the Osa.
